I got a nail tech that seemed to be new. She used tools that were clearly dirty on my nails, and while my nails where drying, SHE STARTED CUTTING AND FILING HER OWN NAILS USING THE TOOLS SHE JUST USED ON MY NAILS. It was wild. The top coat was not applied evenly, so when it dried it look so bad around all the edges and tips of my nails. Went home and redid them myself.

My whole family tried them they are very friendly, clean, on time and good service quality. It’s been couple years for me with them and I like Lan for my acrylic but I still see others doing a great work too 💅✨
